The Ballroom
Our newly renovated Ballroom is both elegant and intimate, accommodating up to 275 guests
for dinner and dancing. Should you select the Ballroom for your ceremony, the room will be
quickly transformed for your exquisite dinner dance. All the while, your guests will enjoy the
cocktail reception in our private Mary Cassatt Lounge and Garden.
Your Photographs
Several idyllic settings are available for on-site photography. Our Mary Cassatt Lounge and
Grand Staircase provide warm indoor locations while Rittenhouse Square and our Mary Cassatt Garden
provide beautiful settings for al fresco photography.
Your Tasting
A very exciting part of wedding planning is your personal Tasting – conducted with the assistance of your Catering Manager. You will
sample a variety of courses, all customized for your Wedding Reception. From Champagne to Dessert, you will taste till your heart is
content and your palate is pleased. Each course is digitally photographed to ensure exact replication. There are no surprises at The
Rittenhouse.
Your Rehearsal Dinner
Celebrate all weekend at The Rittenhouse, with a luxurious dinner in Lacroix or a casual Philadelphia theme in the Boathouse Row Bar.

Your Post-Wedding Brunch
To complete your weekend and wish your guests farewell, a Brunch in the Mary Cassatt
Lounge is just one of many of the perfect settings in which to thank your guests. Take in
the sunlight, overlook the garden, and reminisce about the perfect night-before.
Pricing
All prices are current and may be subject to change. Please note that an 8% Pennsylvania
State Sales Tax will be added to all of your food charges and a 10% Liquor Sales Tax will be added to
all liquor charges. A 22% service charge and appropriate taxes will be added to both food and beverage charges.
Coat Check
A coat attendant may be arranged at $125.00 plus appropriate taxes per attendant, which can be applied to your master account, which can be applied to your master
account. (Minimum must be guaranteed.)
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at $26.00 per car for non-overnight parking and $49.00 per car for overnight parking. These fees and appropriate taxes can be
individually paid by your guests or applied to your master account.
Kosher Catering
The Rittenhouse can host a kosher event catered by an approved caterer.
