Important Information Regarding Your Upcoming Stay...

When is the hotel reopening?

We’re excited to welcome you back to The Rittenhouse this summer. Please continue to check our website for updates on our reopening timeline.  We are currently accepting reservations for August 1, 2020. 

Are the pools, spa and fitness center open?

The Rittenhouse Spa & Club has temporarily suspended operations but we plan to reopen later this summer. Be sure to join our mailing list for updated communication on services, availability, and to book future appointments with our spa and salon team. 

Can I order in-room dining? 

Yes, in-room dining will be available. To view our dining menus and to place your order, please use our single use paper menus located on your writing desk and call ext. 2825 to place an order. 

When your order is ready to be served, we will call your room to let you know one of our team members is on the way to deliver your meal - contact free. Your order will arrive and will include single use, eco-friendly plastic ware which can be disposed of after your meal, as well as traditional sterilized and wrapped silverware. 

Is Lacroix Open?

Operations at Lacroix, Bar210 and The Library Bar are currently suspended. We look forward to welcoming you back later this summer. 

Do you have to wear a mask at the hotel?

Following the federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and team members, we ask that you wear a mask in all public spaces of the hotel. 

Is valet/or self parking available?

Valet parking is available to hotel guests. 

Is complimentary shuttle service/or house car available? 

Our house car is available by request for drop off only to locations within a three mile radius of the hotel.  The house car may not be reserved in advance.

What else should I know prior to arrival?

We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Please contact guest services and we’ll happily deliver them to your villa/or guestroom.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? 

If you have an upcoming reservation with us and need to cancel for any reason, please know all cancellation fees will be waived, deposits and advance purchase payments will be refunded for stays through August 31, 2020. Please contact us at 215-546-9000 with any questions on existing or future reservations.
