During the Philadelphia Flower Show from February 29 - March 7th we will be offering a special Afternoon Tea Service in the Mary Cassatt Team Room. In honor of this year's Flower Show theme of "Riviera Holiday", our Pastry Chef, Fred has created a dessert with White Chocolate Orange Mousse and Clementine Honey Center shaped as oranges in a fruit basket as if one was picking fruit down the Riviera.
