As autumn settles over Rittenhouse Square, the Mary Cassatt Tea Room presents a seasonal menu that celebrates the richness and warmth of fall. Every Friday and Saturday night from 9:30 pm to midnight, the room comes alive with the sounds of live jazz, from soulful vocals to vibrant piano trios. This month’s lineup features the Vance Camisa Jazz Trio, the Sharon Sable Duo, Aaron Parnell Brown Jazz Duo, and standout solo pianists including Dave Mattock, Jonathan Daddis, and Brennen Ernst, along with the Cecilia Ferneborg Duo blending piano and vocals. Celebrate Thanksgiving at Lacroix with an extraordinary brunch from 11:30 am to 5 pm, where sweeping views of Rittenhouse Square set a breathtaking backdrop for the holiday. Guests are invited to savor an abundant raw bar of oysters, sashimi, crab, and caviar before exploring carving stations featuring roasted turkey, prime rib, and glazed ham. The experience continues with seasonally inspired small plates, vibrant salads, breakfast favorites, and artfully prepared entrées; all culminating in a visit to the pastry kitchen for decadent seasonal desserts. From September 22–28, Scarpetta pays tribute to the timeless elegance of the Negroni with a week-long celebration of inventive variations on the iconic cocktail. Guests are invited to explore a curated menu that reimagines the classic through bold spirits, unexpected pairings, and artful presentations; from the bright and refreshing Negroni Bianco to the smoky allure of The Oaxacan, and the indulgent richness of the Cacao Rosso.
